1. Primary Cataract in an Elderly Patient

- Examination: Partial white opacity in the anterior lens of the right eye, normal eye pressure.
- Diagnosis: Primary cataract (age-related).
- Treatment: Discuss cataract removal surgery with intraocular lens (IOL) implant; monitor vision.
2. Secondary Cataract due to Diabetes
- Age: 58 years
- Symptoms: Blurry vision, rapid loss of visual acuity in the left eye.
